According to the Portage Ceramic Trust this ashtray is shape 1439.
As we don't have records that go this high I can only assume that the Portage have records that go until the company closed. The records at the Museum only go up to 1984.

Carbine ashtray on Trademe
This listing has now expired but this was a carbine club ashtray for sale. It has a crack. If anyone wants it, ask the seller to relist.
