Is this “Shell” shaped vase NZ pottery
This glossy vase is 15 cm high by 14.5 wide. Superficially looks like Crown Lynn but base has a slightly rough finish on the unglazed portion of the base unlike the feel of Crown Lynn. The shape makes me think of Hand Ceramics but they usually put their name on pieces. Would appreciate any suggestions please.

That is very nice, but I don't think it was made by Crown Lynn.
The clay isn't white enough to me and having a rough footring is not a Crown Lynn trait.
Google lens didn't help, but he likes profile pics straight on to use

Thanks and Google Lens couldn't find this one either
I've never come across these and unless one is found with a sticker to say who made it, we may never know.
How to Google Lens a photo :
Right click onto your photo and select Google Images

Thanks Ev. They are nice pieces. Maybe someone else on this site might see the post and have some further info at some point.
I actually tried Google lens on this; should have mentioned that. I’m on iPad so it works a bit differently.
