Salt and Pepper identification topic.

I'm not really sure about some of the salt and pepper pots, so hope that someone can help.
I pick up odd pieces like this just to research the shapes and have several oddbods around 
So does this shape belong to the Forma or Modello range?

 

If anyone has any salt and peppers that they know which range they belong to, please post them in here.

Not much happening in here, but here is another couple that I'm looking for -

Pioneer S&P- shape 758. I have an idea that Pioneer had a couple of S&P shapes?

Capri S&P - shape 831.  As Capri is vitrified ware these may be the same shape as one of the other S&P's that are not vitrified if you get my gist.

This one is Forma shape.We had some Gray Bouquet a while back,now sold,but that was all Forma,and the salt and pepper were this shape and a dark bluish grey.

Thanks Marl as now I know the shape number for the Forma Salt - 1121 and the Forma Pepper - 1122.

Could this be a Colour Glaze shape?
