Spotted these two the other day and was given permission to photograph for the gallery.

I was struck by the similarity to three pieces I have and which are on the gallery with the back stamps petra ceramics and Stage Artware. The Pallette and the designs could easily be from the same artist , or am I dreaming?

The top two lovely pieces have the Christine Harris Island Bay design on them. This is the only pattern that I'm aware of that has a name. Yes I see the similarities with the Stage Artware brushwork. This technique of painting pottery with bright colours became very popular in the 1990's.
