Marl posted one of these in brown tonings and I will add her photo to compare it to.

The Avondale Selection - a warm speckly background with yellow and brown flowers ... a common theme from the retro era Wink

The Crown Lynn Museum has a boxed set of this pattern and translated the writing on the box as Mr L Rose 561.  Today I was lucky enough to have Sandra Ward check this out for me with her Crown Lynn Museum experience, as Ronnie the new Director couldn't locate the box.  How exciting was it to see her find the box and that it read Melrose 561 which matched the Database !!
So now we have another pattern identified at last Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
