My mother dropped off this swan, it's been in the family for several generations. Best guess is it came into the family 1890-ish.

There are no branding or manufacturing stamps on it anywhere but it's very detailed and intricate in design.

Any ideas on how I can identify it?

Hi there, I would like to remove your email address details and just leave your username as meggibite so that the spam bots won't have a field day please ....?

Your swan is truly magnificent !
As Crown Lynn didn't begin making swans until the 1940's I would suggest that your swan may be British. I haven't been able to find a match on Google ..... yet.
I would suggest you put the same post onto this site which is based in England -

Good Luck .

Thank you, yes, please remove my email address details - I realised it was going to be published and then couldn't change it! Thanks for the details of the British site, I will give it a go!
