Is it Titian or Titian with a Crown Lynn number?
 
There is a picture of the 2084 jug in the Artware gallery.

This shape would have been made by Titian before Crown Lynn bought them out.
The fact that it has a four digit number means that it was made by Crown Lynn after the take over. The Crown Lynn records show the 2084 - Tall Jug Vase first made in Oct 1971.
