two vases - bought as crown lynn but??
I have taken photos of the bases of these as well..the colour glaze of the first one is very similar to a number 5 vase on trademe at the moment..

I can't read the base on the first one.... what does it say?
I didn't think the 2nd was Crown Lynn and those stilt marks tell me it's definitely not crown lynn.

the base has something like 106 or 10-6 etched ...its neither number in the 1-881 sequence.. could it be handpotted (how do you tell)??

Manos has confirmed the first one to be Crown Lynn - and yes - you can just make out the made in New Zealand circular stamp.
Can it be shifted to waifs and strays as it will be one of the early numbers (5??)

Ev, we didnt move the top vase to waifs and strays - it is Crown Lynn just dont know the number...and it cant be a 5..we have one - and its different.
