Re: Free NZ Pottery valuation
It's too bad that I work on Saturdays blah humbug!
Yes I am not into oddly strange pottery as it makes me feel rather ill and confused.
I'm rather old fashioned when it comes to pottery and form and shape with subtle glazing are music to my eyes and make my heart strings sing.

Re: Free NZ Pottery valuation
Hehehe I don't think they mean me to bowl on up with a small truck of boxes full of crown lynn do they???
But interesting because I have recently been thinking about how I insure my collection and the agents said I need to get someone qualified to give them an independent value...
Has anyone else looked at this? Done this?

Re: Free NZ Pottery valuation
Hi unouwanit,
I did look into this and because it's a free service, the valuer wont be typing up anything for the insurance people. BUt still, good to get an idea of the market value of what you got.
I'll recognize you there by your small truck

Re: Free NZ Pottery valuation
Most auction houses will do valuations. They have access to all the market records etc.
