I have just been sent this interesting pic - a sugar bowl with lid! Unfortunately it looks as though the bowl is Santa Barbara and the lid is Monterey, but even so... great to see a lid in any colour. The bowl is marked Santa Barbara, the lid is unmarked. It belongs to an overseas collector who left a note on my blog.

Fantastic Val and I think you are right about the shared parenthood !
It's only the second one that I've seen and it's just so weird and lopsided looking hahaa
