Adelaar Pepper Shaker.
This piece is in the same style as the coffee set here:
http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t1884-orzel-coffee-pot#5380
and the oil and vinegar bottles here:
http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t4146-orzel-oil-and-vinegar#14301
so I am posting it with the Orzel.
Note however that it is marked ADELAAR on the base, and the glaze is a bit different.
Pepper only, no salt.
I only bought it to post but you never know when something will turn up.

Rather odd that the other ribbed pieces are marked Orzel and this one Adelaar?
Cross potting? Anyway I will do as you suggest and put it in with the other ribbed pieces in Orzel.
