Have a look at page 177 in Gail Henry's book.....
you will see the tall one there.... under Royal Oak and Salisbury ware.

How similar is the lower shape to 22 on our guide? The picture looks to be one of yours, Heather?

The shape above is quite different to my '22' in that it has a small pedestal base, the other doesnt.
My understanding of the origins are that Ambrico or the Specials Dept made blanks which were onsold to Salisbury for decorating - which will make both of these early shapes.
I will have to reread my books to be sure.
