An Apollo lidded butter dish courtesy of fi !!!
I don't think I've seen one of these before and feel very privileged that fi took the time to send us a photo of hers. I had to search through the records to find the numbers, but knew that I had seen them. The base was made on the Ram Press in December 1970 and is Shape 8015 - Fluted [Apollo] Butter, Gravy Base or Pickles.
The lid is slip cast and has the shape number 1096 - Fluted [Apollo] Butter cover and was also made in December 1970.
