Looks like Ian Firth's mark to me...?

Sort of glazed over, but worth a close comparison.

Hmm, but is the dot on the right side...?  lol

That cup and saucer is adorable !!
I'm having problems loading things into the galleries at present as everything but the pic I choose loads instead .... darn gremlins !!

Lets compare this mark and Ian Firth's one ...

I hope this link works ..... https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=627355720688933&set=oa.305445929605445&type=3&theater

Gosh it looks like it could be made by Peter Holmes ...... none of the other pics of his mark look like the one in the link above.

There are no pots, just potters marks Kat.  I think we are the only place where you can see the pot and the mark.  I will do some digging through my collection of pottery books and see what I can find.  It would be wonderful if it really was his mark, but it's that missing top right hand dot that I'm not sure about. ...

Edits to add .....
Good grief we are talking about Peter Holmes not Charles !!!! Get a grip Ev !!

Those marks were mostly given to me by Peter himself, without the pot. Except for the first one which is in storage somewhere

I found two saucers that match yours Kat and I knew that I had seen the matching cup somewhere, but couldn't find any in my stash, so if anyone needs a couple of saucers let me know :O
