This pretty much looks like a Titian letter and number to me.
Do any of the Titian followers agree?
B stands for bowl according to Gail Henry ..... hmmmm I guess that's a shell bowl???

Not too sure about this one. The B22 mark looks very sharp and deeper than the stamp marks I've seen and the green does not look glossy enough.
I've got bowls with yellow, black, pink and white on the inside and have never seen a green one but you never know.
At this point I would say not Titian.

I would say that it is probably Australian.
