Were there any other reproductions of CL before Studio Ceramics. This 2070 vase copy is 255 mm high and very shiny. Any likelihood of being hobby. It has a shiny base but an unglazed foot ring.

The 2070 is a fabulous vase Mike.
It was first made as shape number 667 and was called a Gladiola Vase.
I think it looks like the real deal as I've seen them shiny before.
If it was hobby, it wouldn't have an unglazed foot ring.
Studio Ceramics haven't copied this one as far as I know.

Thanks Ev. So you think it is CL not Studio Ceramics or the like. The very shiny glaze made me think of Studio Ceramics straight away.

Yes I think it is Crown Lynn Mike.
I have found a Crown Lynn measurement in Imperial 10 1/8th inches high.
It was first made with the four digit 2070 30.3.71.
You are very lucky to find this is all that I can say!
