Re: Flower Beauty
Photos that were sent to the site by micksmate ....
This doesn't look like Titian or Crown Lynn and I can't find a reference to JH11 in the records. There is a JH10 and a JH12. We do know that other manufacturers made Flower Beauty pottery. Very interesting though .....

Re: Flower Beauty
I feel so disappointed LOL I thought I had found a maker.
Any other ideas, I have thought of all the Aussie ones.

Re: Flower Beauty
It is a very well made ikebana piece and as Flower Beauty originated in Australia it is more than likely made there. One other pottery name that was noticed on a listing on ebay for a Flower Beauty piece was Barsony Pottery, Australia but it was marked as this.
Re: Flower Beauty
I can see this will be another piece put into a cupboard until I declutter again.

Re: Flower Beauty
A Flower Beauty J.H-7 sticker and the bowl is also marked as Titian on the base!
The wooden base the vase sits on is featured on the cover of the Floral Art For All book by Margaret Albrechtsen published 1970. So it probably belongs or was purchased to go with the vase.

It is marked Titian which is hard to see because it is glazed over so also needs to go in the Titian gallery.
Could this be the Shape 8037 measurements are 132x132 and the shape looks like the top of the birdbath

Re: Flower Beauty
Flower Beauty were an Australian Company.
They had their shapes made in Australia and I think one of the potteries was Barsony.
The New Zealand market had theirs made by Titian and then Crown Lynn.
