Re: Formal Floral plus other cups
The bottom cup of Jim's looks like it could be part of a series as it is a simalar pattern to Somerset (right hand cup on my photo) . I searched the gallery for the cup on the left but couldn't see it. The glaze is the speckly cream colour.

Re: Formal Floral plus other cups
Janice has pointed out that the first photo in this thread had the same decal as Celeste
d52130 -
http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t3597-celeste-52130?highlight=celeste
but as Celeste d52130 is on Apollo shaped ware and has an extra ring of decoration, I don't think it will have the same pattern name and number. I really appreciate that someone is checking these things out though. Thanks Janice

One of my "No Namer cups" - I think its Windsor d.433 - Does anyone agree?

Re: Formal Floral plus other cups
I think it looks like the Windsor pattern but Windsor has that warm background like Herald doesn't it? I've looked at this before and was undecided and I still am due to the background colour.
Merry Xmas Janice and thank you for pushing the patterns barrier

Re: Formal Floral plus other cups
I have the same pattern as the first cup, like Celeste d52130, on a b&b plate, and with the extra ring of decoration, but not on Apollo. It is a pale cream background, not white,
Sadly, no name though

Yes I agree and will remove it from the No Names Gallery.
Re: Formal Floral plus other cups
This pattern is called Formal Floral. There is no number and it wasn't in the Data Base.Kat & Co. wrote:Two more pretty floral patterns from Jim's...
