That mark is very familiar, but I can't find a name!
I'm impressed with the hand paintings ...

The double footring had me wondering if perhaps the mould for this was originally a Teal Ceramics one but I have not found a match for the shape among the photos from Keith Sandford's collection.

Keith often used double or multiple footrings.

The dish is a lot more heavy and thicker than the Teal dishes I have seen. This one is also not very straight and proper like they are from a mould, more hand made.

Oh yes this has been made by hand and probably uses a mould for the shape.
I can see the working of those footrings by hand from here.
It is common practise to put a supporting footring on bigger pieces.

I wasn't sure from the picture how much wiggly was in the shape of the clay and how much in the painting of the glaze.

Is it just the base glazes that are hand-painted?
The decoration looks regular enough to be transfers. Very fine work.

That mark is a "J" isn't it?

The dolphins etc. are all hand painted.
