We met today at Jeremy's place for a chinwag and a show and tell. Tea/coffee was served in Len Castle mugs, with a Kermiko teapot, Clay Craft milk jug and a Lowrie sugar pot.  We meet about once a month, just randomly, to show off new discoveries, swap treasures and (sometimes) solve a mystery or two.
From left, Brooke, Olwyn, Miriam, Jeremy, Kat and Jim. I was the photographer.

This is the coolest thing ever!
How much fun would it be to do this in real life ???
I'm so jealous of you guys .... alien

Is Santa really Jeremy?
Love that 1036 Crown Lynn Teapot which is ideal for an occasion like this I love you
I've never had coffee in a Len Castle mug .... and I wouldn't enjoy it as I would be afraid that I would drop it or something Wink
Brilliant, absolutely brilliant Cool

We all get to play Santa, Ev, but I am the only one with a beard.

No way would I use that 1036 teapot, for the same reasons you wouldn't use a Len Castle mug.

As for the mugs, well yes there is a potential cost to using them but they are hardy beasts. Anyway, by the time everyone was seated I couldn't reach the Peter Stichburys.

My new DCRs were used by those who sought a bigger cuppa. I like serving tea from 700 cups but did not get around to pulling them out. The DCRs do the same job.

Yes indeed - hope we all get a chance to catch up with you Thelma - can we offer you a cuppa in a Temuka cup?

Laughing Yes, a temuka mug will make me feel right at home! My everyday mug is a Lisbon lemon one. I will take a few pics of my everyday use pottery to show you!

And yes, Thelma came to visit. A zoom round to Kat, Jim and me, with Jeremy there too. It was lovely to meet you in person Thelma, next time we venture south I will come and see your collection! We were all so busy talking that none of us thought to take a photo - next time!
