I think this is lovely ..... no idea where it was made as the base markings don't give any real info.
Any ideas would be most appreciated.

The base doesn't give me any clues Tony.
I have posted this on the 20th Century Fat Lava site hoping that it may be recognised if it is British.
Haven't had any replies..... yet.
