Driving Creek Railway Mystery Mark is made by George Sempagala

I know a lot of people made pots and stamped them with the DCR stamp...
this one has a mark on it that I don't recognise though -

May be Barry will know?

Possibly George Sempagala's mark.  Can someone confirm this please?
He potted at Barry Brickell's and Barry fondly mentions him in a Coromandel paper article about DCR earlier this year.  His mark is on Pinterest

"I bought this beer mug in New Zealand at Barry Brickell's Driving Creek Pottery on the Coromandel peninsula. It was made there by the Ugandan potter George Sempagala, who worked with Michael Cardew in Abuja during the early 1960s. It measures 8cm wide by 12.5cm high and is in perfect undamaged condition"
