Who made this funky candlestick please ? Brendan Adams ?

This reminds me so much of the Brendan Adams salt & pepper shakers and triangular vases, the decoration is very similar, but does anyone know for sure who made it please? The foot is unglazed, but the inside of it is glazed white.
