Of course it would read better with a comma: "For Gift Box, Creations by Stage Artware", which effectively means "Creations by Stage Artware for Gift Box".

The second option makes better sense of the prepositions.
(Either way it's tricky to post the backstamp image in the gallery with "Stage Artware" first.)
