My cousin has been looking for the 'perfect' casserole for years. Not too heavy, must have a steam vent in the lid, etc etc.  She finally found one - but it's too nice to use, so she is still looking! It is quite big, say a bit over 30 cm end to end. Long oval shape.

I saw a yellow and brown Beach casserole at SPCA today Val. Not sure if thrown or cast. Lid is about 6 inches across, body wider. Nicole took a photo for me but she is out.
