Unsure what the other numbers on the rear of the plate mean. Limited edition?? Any ideas.

Hi there, even though you don't show a photo of the full shape, I can tell that it's an Oval as the Shape number 765 is stamped on the base. The 7 inside the Crown Lynn stamp shows that it was made in 1967. The 881 stamp is a mystery to me. I will try to add your photo to the Monogrammed gallery using my phone. Thank you.

Youre so right. Its oval. The number is actually the letter B 81.
