This is beautiful and I've never seen it before, but I'm bidding on a piece on TM atm.
The base just has the Kelston Ceramics stamp.
Luckily I had this pattern in my files from the Auckland Museum and was able to identify it with Duckie's help to confirm it.

I was surprised at how goldie this pattern looks in the real world I love you
