Janice are any of the Crown Lynn Melissa-like patterns coloured like this one, or has this been hand painted?

In crown lynn side I haven't seen a coloured version.
As for it being handpainted I honestly am unsure.
How can you tell ?

Your Ligaya planter has been handpainted, will that help?
It could have been as they have gone over the lines and some flowers are not as filled in as others.
I have a feeling I've seen this before and wondered the same thing.

It does look like they have gone outside the lines.
I'm not 100% sure as to where I've stashed this plate to see it in the flesh.
