Can anyone identify this lovely mug?
Just picked up this lovely burgundy/deep red mug from my local op shop, anyone know who has made it or if it is even from NZ? I really like the lines running around it, reminds me of mountain ranges, and where the handle attaches at the base of almost like a couple of koru’s. Initial on the base is MCH with a cut mark through the date.

Hi Emily, yes that is a lovely mug and it looks like NZ clay.
A pretty glaze too.
I don't know the mark or maker sorry, but hope that someone will come along to help.
Cheers and welcome to the site
