Figured this one out - Johnson Australia. Amazing how similar Johnson is to Crown Lynn sometimes

Thanks Ev. Crown Lynn appears to nearly always have used tripod stilts so their bases always seem to have three stilt dots. The Johnson ones have additional stilt dots (up to 6 on some of the bowls) so I will keep an eye out for that.
