Hi all - Stumped on a set of these bowls so hoping someone can help. I think they are CL due to the style and the 'firing dots' near the rim of the base but they are not stamped. A very smooth 'semi-gloss' glaze. I can't pick the colour either! Thanks

Thanks Ev - yes I’m not sure about the glaze either. Maybe Temuka…

Figured this one out - Johnson Australia. Amazing how similar Johnson is to Crown Lynn sometimes Smile

Here I have a few bowls in dark brown
Bowls - Moss? Antique Green? Dark brown? No marks Dscf0026
Bowls - Moss? Antique Green? Dark brown? No marks Dscf0025

very similar to the Johnson Australia ones
162 mm across
with Genuine Ironstone New Zealand backstamp
hard to see under the dark brown glaze and did not photograph
is there though

These look like the brown Air NZ bowls without the golden yellow swirly design.

Thanks Ev. Crown Lynn appears to nearly always have used tripod stilts so their bases always seem to have three stilt dots. The Johnson ones have additional stilt dots (up to 6 on some of the bowls) so I will keep an eye out for that.
