Olive Jones mug....

I am now the proud owner of an Olive Jones mug -
just like the one above
The glaze is softer and prettier than in the photo -
and has a 'fat' yummy waxy feel to it.
It was made in 1963 and has been electric fired -
and the clay appears to be stoneware.
