Crown Lynn Vase Number 34 - Shufflebotham
I was delighted to have recently added this piece to my collection, it is number 34 in the hand-potted range of vases attributed to Ernie Shufflebotham, it has the Crown Lynn Hand-Potted backstamp along with H34 inscribed.
I am astounded by the size, standing at around 10 inches (26cm) tall and the same in width I believe this to be the largest of the Crown Lynn vases. For comparison purposes, I have taken a picture of this number 34 against my number 14 which we all know to be a large sized vase in its own right.

I will pop it into the Handpotted Gallery with great delight
Do you know if the H stands for Handpotted?

Yeah it is a beauty, I love it.
I was guessing the H in H34 stood for Hand-Potted too.

Bendoy sent in a handpotted piece that had what she thought looks like C16 etched onto the base, which is intriguing as to what the C stands for too.
There is an auction on Trade Me the same as your H34 and it is attracting a fair bit of attention ....
