I came across this pure black bowl recently. It's about the dessert bowl size. It has a very small chip in the rim and some tiny bits of gilding missing but otherwise excellent. I think it must be quite rare. I intend to sell it as it doesn't fit with anything I collect. Does anyone know what a piece like this is likely to be worth. Just want to know what start price to consider. Cool

Well I've only ever seen spotty things with Gigi on it before this bowl and today I see that a spotty Gigi jug sold for $252 and I haven't seen a Gigi jug before either!
Not sure what you should put on your bowl, but the collectors will find it Wink

This post from Val Monk's blog shows a beautiful deep yellow Gigi bowl, which now makes me wonder if the bowls were made in all of the same colours of the spots ...?
