My second hand shop/trader finds 100_5120
My second hand shop/trader finds 100_5119
In the last couple of days I have been second hand  shopping.  I hardly ever get a chance to do this.   I had success too!

2 Mid Blue  tulip shaped cups and saucers in great condition. The  cups were  10.00 each.  The saucers were $2.00  each.
6 Unknown colour glaze sacuers. The number on the plate  d00097. $2 dollar each as well.   I purchased these things from a trader/ dealer who mostly has more antique stuff.
Then today I went to the Sallies, where I spied one lonely orange coffee can ? cup and so swooped on that ( $1.50).  This cup in real life matches the one lonely saucer I have but in the photo the shades  appear different.   A beautiful   My second hand shop/trader finds 100_5117My second hand shop/trader finds 100_5118forma bowl in a pattern I  have been looking for ages, and it was expensive $12.50.  But I like it very much.  Plus some other CL  cups with cool looking  speckled  glazing inside the cup (50c each)   and a saucer which  I thought was a match which is not  but still looks cool ($1.50).  Unusually this sallies has the cups and saucers on different stands unless  it is a proper  bone china set which make things a little more difficult   to find.  All pretty successful. My second hand shop/trader finds 100_5116

Great shopping!
I would like to take a closer look at those speckled cups as I don't think I've seen them before.
How fantastic to find those blue tulips and saucers ..... irresistible Very Happy

We don't have d00097 in the patterns gallery, so could I ask for a portrait please .... Smile

Also, I am  not sure what you mean by a portrait photo. Do you mean one  saucer showing the colour and one saucer showing the number in the same photo?

Hi Anne, a photo [in natural light] on one saucer would be excellent thank you.
Another photo of the number would be great too.
It's the shape and the glaze on those speckled cups that interest me.  I would really like to see the true shape - that is a cup standing with it's handle in view please.

We have the colour glaze colours in the Patterns Gallery under Colour Glaze and then the number.

the number on the back of the saucerMy second hand shop/trader finds 100_5211

another photo of the plate  colour appears to the correct shade.
Firstly the CL colour glaze saucers. Very difficult to get the  correct colour to show on the photos. The photo that is the right shade is a extreme close up. So will also post another photo of the saucer and the number on the back of it My second hand shop/trader finds 100_5121

Thanks Anne, I posted the saucer into the Patterns Gallery.
I haven't seen the speckled glaze that is on the inside of the cup before!
I know the cup shape very well, though I don't think we have a number for it .... yet.
What colour would you call the saucer Anne?

The first piece looks like Frisco d 473  to my ancient eye, there are light brown and dark brown versions.
