Small Treasures from the Far North
I went North again today with a new awareness of Orzel.
This is what I brought back.
I will post these photos by topic if and as required, or requested.
Bic pen jar, marked with Bic logo
Hand Ceramics Putaruru boot, marked
Kiln Craft mug, marked
Clay Craft mug (new shape) marked
3 Clay Craft mugs, marked but illegible (no new shapes)
The following items all flat bottomed and unmarked.
a mug, I don't know the maker
base: postmark type stamp just visible
Spoon jar, matches my "random mugs", presumed Orzel
Orzel Settlers spoon jar
Orzel bowl (new shape) and
Orzel jug (Maryr has posted a similar jug with her wine thing)
two more Orzel shapes (3 on left are identical)
Maryr has posted a similarly shaped item to those on the left in her wine thing topic
http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t4229-orzel-very-odd-wine-thing#14655
describing the shape as a "kitchen jar"
a pair of Orzel ramekins which feel really good in the hand (new shape)
inside an Orzel ramekin
Despite appearances I didn't actually buy everything I could have.
Saw a Crown Lynn Luke Adams coffee pot which was tempting, even without a lid, and more Clay Craft and Orzel too.
