Just wondering if the decorated versions of these are common? There is white and green transfer decoration also around the whole outside of the body.

I've never seen one with a decal on it before and it would mean another firing to set the transfer into the glaze.

Definitely under glaze....can't scratch it off at all. Photo doesn't show the decoration on the outside but it is under glaze as well...more like a green and white line drawing of flowers and leaves.
