First made in Oct 1978. This is only the second one that I've seen.

This is huge. As it is round and tricky to measure I have made only approximate measurements, and as they are not completely accurate imperial measurements make more sense to me: one foot long, nine inches high and eight inches across, all measurements are for the cask only with accessories removed.
I have not attempted to clean this yet; there is a bit of food stuck to the bottom and a spot/stain near the top which may come off with peroxide treatment.
I hope the photos suffice. If I don't take any more today next chance is next week.

This last photo was an afterthought so it missed out on the montage.
Condition is pretty good. There is clean fine crazing but only on the closed end. It is not clear whether it has ever been used: There are some dusty marks inside but corks and tap have no staining. The fit of the top cork is loose but whether this is from shrinking with age or sanding to remove marks is unclear. A sleeve of inner tube on the cork would probably create a seal, but to use it the cork would have to be raised to break the seal and allow air in.
However I look at it it looks like a fat fish.

My guess is that the 1284 Wine Goblet goes with this Wine Cask ...
