511 - Vase

Hi Crown Lynn enthusiasts I have collected Crown Lynn tableware for a few years, but found my first vase in an op shop the other week I looked in the gallery and couldn't find it. It seems to be numbered 511 and is a lovely elegant organic shape with a subtle faceting on the sides.

Well that was a lovely surprise as I've never seen this shape myself!!

It's very sculptural isn't it and rather delightful and different.

Hi Ev, yes it's lovely. Simple but unusual. I hadn't seen the museum image, my page view was small and I didn't scroll across. Two spout bowl vase doesn't sound very elegant! Here's a few more pics to show it a bit better
