Is this Griffins Oat-Mores very big biscuit jar made by Orzel?
I researched it on the net and couldn't find any info.

Yes I agree that this will have been made by Orzel, as the speckled glaze tells me so.
I have no idea what those Oat-Mores were though..... ?

Similar styling to the CL1349. Cindy Ceramics also made some like the CL. This is different though. It has a look of Parker pottery to me. Very neat. Neater than I would expect from Orzel commercial packaging like the Abbeville jars.
We have work by so many commercial potteries now there are so many options. But it's not necessarily getting easier to identify from photos.

As the Brown's did so many promotional pieces I felt it was an easy piece to identify with that glaze. They would be able to tell us in an instant, but they don't seem to be computer savvy yet.
