I think it is Mapua Ware which was one of Waimea Potteries commercial lines.

It's a match for Heather's one and that is not Mapua.

I will edit the heading and put it in the Is This New Zealand Pottery category.

And these Ev, from the same maker I think.  They are all castware, all quite clunky and will outlive all of us! I have also seen an interesting pig which I didn't buy.
