Portage have just one Irish coffee cup yet to be identified:

I have found two (three actually) examples of a shape match on tm.
Left hand item in this listing:

Both items in this one:

The question remains: is this a Crown Lynn shape or just a found shape they were using for the mockup?
The same recipe is used on this other shape, but the transfer, while looking very similar has some differences:

Ev, if you have access to the Portage cup on one of your visits you should be able to give the most educated opinion on whether their piece was made by CL or not.

Re: Another Irish Coffee but is it Crown Lynn? TM ones are porcelain so no to them.
I see Irish Coffee mugs on a regular basis while doing my rounds. I thought we had them all, but I guess we don't.
The mock up photo shows that it is Crown Lynn and not an imported Op Shop purchase.
I have a long list of things to check out at the Museum and there is never enough time to even go there at present.
I will add it to my list and get to it one day.

I'm not sure I want to bother with the tm ones atm but now I see they are around I'll do my bit by keeping an eye out for them in the real world. That way I get to inspect before I buy. Just because CL made the shape that does not mean that others didn't also.
Later ...
Well. Surprise surprise, two of these at Hospice this morning.
They are porcelain, so NOT Crown Lynn.
Perhaps there is a CL copy shape ???
