found this today as well. tiny writing but I think it reads Ut Prosim.

I think this must be a badge for a college or similar.
I have given up looking now and will add it to the Monogram Gallery with the title Ut Prosim and hope that someone will tell us who it belongs to.
I reckon that the SDS in the first square would be relative.

I did find a similar one for Northcote College
