DB Ltd Oval PLATE WITH BLUE MONOGRAM

This is my first post and also a plea for any information anyone has regarding an oval Dominion Breweries Ltd Plate I have found. It has a pale blue line and faint gold edge, with a blue back stamp Crown Lynn and numbers 1631 Y . I am wondering when would have been produced. If anyone can help I would be very grateful. Thanks

I can tell you that 1631 is the "shape" number.  Link below.
Dominion Breweries Ltd isn't that usually a green logo... Yours must be a up market version lol

With the shape number 1631 it would have been produced after 1964, which was when Crown Lynn changed their shape numbers to four digits.
