It has taken us a long time to get a photo of the 1014, so there can't be many in circulation. I did see one in the Slater Collection at Cordy's and I wonder if this is the same one?

Yes, this is the Hei Tiki Ashtray that was sold as part of the Slater Collection at Cordy's. Feel very honoured to have been able to purchase it.
