This black and white vase is 25 cm tall.  And the platter is 34 across - both rather large additions to my collection, and both arrived safely.  I have seen a cup and saucer in the same black and white pattern.
Vase 25 cm.

Platter 34 cm. A while ago I was given a teapot in this pattern, which I had not seen before. It has an earlier mark than the vase.
