This lovely work was made before Christine established Studio Ceramics. The wee cup is only 5 cm tall. The plate matches the cup pattern, and looks like it has been hand-shaped. At this stage Christine was still feeling her way with ceramics. I am VERY happy to have these pieces!

Here is the matching plate. Christine has hand-scratched her name into the base - plus the date (19)85, bless her! She was very good about dating these earlier pieces. This is about the same size as a lunch plate - 23 cm across.
