Is this crown lynn #1?
I had a another great opshop day finding a vase that looks like a number 1.... the lady at the counter was also unsure but she was also a fellow collector (of ambrico trickle glaze but not Salisbury) so she hadn't snapped it up.... I've added photos, it looks to have remnants of the old sticker on one side and the number 1 printed on its base (I've seen a #12 on trademe with something similar- a printed or stamped 12 with an impressed 12) it's staying in my collection, I'm just asking as I promised the cashier I'd find out for sure for her

Hi there, it is definitely an Ambrico high fired Shape 1 that has been decorated by Salisburys.
It amazes me that people can still find these shapes as they are from the mid 1940's and yet there isn't a lot of interest in them.
