A new Gallery for Test and Trial Patterns.
https://www.newzealandpottery.net/gallery/Crown-Lynn-Tableware-Patterns-Catalogue/Test-and-Trials-Patterns/Test-and-Trials-Patterns-cat_c109.htm
Test and Trial patterns were done all of the time at Crown Lynn and we have many around the site.
I want to bring them all together in the one category so that they can be found easily.
I will also add a Gallery for these patterns, so that they can be easily found.
Many of these pieces have numbers and/or letters on the bases in some cryptic language.
We may never know what those numbers and letters mean, but it does direct us to the fact that the pattern was being tested.
