Hi there, the shape looks like a tankard. I will check it out later.
Crown Lynn called the Philippines factory Mayon Ceramics and here is some history for you ..

Hi I've checked this out and it isn't a shape that I'm familiar with, so must be specific to Mayon Ceramics as the handle is different to the Crown Lynn tankards.
