Fabulous No Name pattern on a cup!

Many thanks to kayabraham for letting me use her photo 
This is a shape 3023 cup, which was first made in 1968,
just like Purple Myrtle, Arthur & Martha and Captain Sharples.
I've done all the searching I can for this cup, but haven't had any luck.
The best idea put forward is that this pattern is a flower ......
